- The rubber-cushioned, vibration-damping anti-shock frame absorbs mechanical vibration and background noise

- Optional high-pass filter deadens disturbing ambient noise like wind or traffic
- With a microphone input socket for connecting another microphone or for background music e.g. via an MP3 player
- The running recording can directly be controlled via the headphone input socket
